There were numerous complaints about disorganized check-ins, water that smelled in the bathroom, and rooms being insufficient in size. there was an incident where a staff member treated a guest with rudeness, unacceptable for this industry.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would love to come back for a cycle tour in the future!
