The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible to all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the unique experience of staying on a boat, it was comfortable and clean.
The rooms were a bit small which made it difficult to move around freely. the check-in process was a bit disorganized, we had to wait for quite some time before being attended to.

This hotel is situated in a calm area, not too far from the center of town. Some guests enjoyed the tasty breakfast spread, while others appreciated the quirky decor on the boat. the staff seems to lack professionalism. There were numerous complaints about disorganized check-ins, water that smelled in the bathroom, and rooms being insufficient in size. there was an incident where a staff member treated a guest with rudeness, unacceptable for this industry.
The service offered by the staff is inconsistent, and it lets down the otherwise pleasant experience offered by this location.

The breakfast was tasty and well-prepared, it was a good way to start the day. the location was convenient as it was in walking distance of the main attraction spots of the city. the room was comfortable and had a cozy feel to it.
The room was much smaller than expected based on the pictures shown online. there was no place to store luggage after check-out, which was inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at Botel Liza Marleen in Amsterdam. From the moment I arrived, Inma welcomed me with warmth and happiness, making me feel right at home. the botel itself was clean, quiet, and had a unique charm as it was a converted boat. the breakfast spread each morning was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, and fruits. the location was also very convenient, being both central and just the right distance away from the main city. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would love to come back for a cycle tour in the future!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.
